Data Deletion Request

• Name and birth details (date, time, and place of birth) for astrological computation
• WhatsApp phone number and/or Telegram user ID used to deliver your daily guidance
• Email address (if provided for horoscope delivery)
• Conversation history with Satva (retained to personalise guidance)
• Subscription and payment status (no card numbers stored — handled by Lemon Squeezy)
• Preferences: language, faith tradition, life focus, deity, and delivery schedule
• Ayurvedic dosha and Nakshatra derived from your birth chart

• Send a deletion request email Email contact@satva.guru with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the phone number or Telegram username linked to your Satva account so we can locate your record.
• We acknowledge within 3 business days You will receive a confirmation email with a reference number for your request.
• Deletion completed within 30 days All personal data — profile, birth details, conversation history, and associated Facebook/WhatsApp data — will be permanently erased from our systems. You will receive a final confirmation once complete.

Upon processing your request, we permanently delete:

• Your complete user profile and birth chart data
• All conversation history with Satva
• Delivery preferences and schedule settings
• Any cached astrological computations linked to your account
• All Facebook and WhatsApp data associated with your Satva interactions
• Your email address (if provided)

We may retain anonymised, non-identifiable aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you. Payment transaction records may be retained as required by applicable tax law — no personal spiritual or conversation data is included.

30 days  Maximum processing time from receipt of your verified request, in compliance with GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act 2023).

You can also disconnect Satva's access through Facebook / Meta directly at any time via:
Facebook Settings → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Satva → Remove

If your deletion request is not resolved within the stated timeframe, you may escalate to the relevant data protection authority in your country, or contact Meta directly via Facebook's data deletion support.
